Returns are accepted

We accept returns. You must request your return within 30 calendar days after the item is delivered. Once return instructions are issued, send the item within 14 calendar days.

Item condition

For change-of-mind returns, desks, chairs and bookshelves must be unused, unassembled and in their original condition, with all parts, fittings, instructions and original packaging. Please package furniture securely to reduce the risk of transit damage. These conditions do not restrict rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

How to start a return

Email contact@pomsolutions.shop or use the contact form at Contact US. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address:20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Do not send items to a business correspondence address unless instructed.

Furniture return costs can depend on parcel size, weight and collection location. Where we arrange a chargeable return service, we will explain the charge before you agree to it.

Refund method and timing

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after we receive the item. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us when you discover an issue. Describe the problem and include photographs if available and safe to take. We will review the information and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a return, replacement or refund. The change-of-mind condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a fault.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel an order. If dispatch has already occurred, the return process may apply. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.
