We deliver to United Kingdom. Additional destinations are not available unless listed in the Shipping Policy with their own delivery estimates.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the dispatch location.
Estimated delivery time
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Processing time is additional to delivery time. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If a regional exception requires a different timeframe, it must be shown before you place your order.

Receiving furniture
Check product dimensions and access routes before ordering. Delivery service details, including whether delivery is to the doorstep or another location.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact [contact@pomsolutions.shop] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide updates. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement with your agreement or a refund to your original payment method, subject to applicable consumer rights.
